Tara & Mike

Tara and Mike were married at Carnegie Museum and held their reception in the Music Hall Foyer.

I love detail shots, although I'm fairly certain Tara didn't wear her shoes.

Mike's reaction to Tara as she walked down the aisle was priceless. Image by Craig.

From a lighting standpoint, the Hall of Architecture is preferred over the Grand Staircase for a ceremony.

I don't know what it is about this image, but I love it.

How could I go wrong with a bride like this?!

Mike was wonderful, I didn't have to prompt him at all and I loved the way he put his hand on her waist and around the back of her head.

Having fun with Tara's veil, I love long veils!

We were working the last bit of sun and it was BEAUTIFUL. Craig caught this image as they were looking towards me.

This was unprompted, they were walking down the hill when I saw the light and asked them to stop for a moment.

The wedding cake was gorgeous, and delicious!! Parkhurst does an amazing job, all of the food is wonderful.

These guys were a blast at the reception!

In my (ever so humble) opinion, Tara assembled some of the best wedding vendors in Pittsburgh. You cannot go wrong with any of these fabulous vendors.

Make-up: Lisa Johnson - Kiss and Make-up
Florist: Megan Rumshock - Fragile Paradise
Bakery: Parkhurst
Entertainment: Jeremy Ganss
Colors: pink, champagne, tan, green
Flowers: hydrangeas, light pink ranunculas, hanging amaranthus, roses, spray roses, bear grass, parrot tulips

And a special thanks to my gorgeous husband, Craig. This was our first wedding together since last year and, once again, he amazed me with his images.
