Two things happened when I arrived at Carly's house... 1) I was greeted by the most welcoming gracious family, and 2) I saw this image of her parents on their wedding day. I took a picture because I thought it would be fun to re-create the pose with Carly and Erik.
This isn't a typical pose for me, but I'm very sentimental and thought it would be nice for her parents. It also turns out that the same pastor that married Carly and Erik also married her parents.

I'm normally not a fan of splotchy sunlight, but in this instance it really worked in my favor.
First dance.
The reception was a blast, the dance floor was packed thanks to a great crowd and a fabulous DJ.
