Private Consult w/Tina

You may remember Tina from her sister Jessica's wedding last year, or you may remember her from when she shot Stefanie and Tom's wedding with us. Although she lives in Philadelphia, I've been mentoring Tina since we first met as she is starting her own photography business. A few months ago, she was considering a move to Pittsburgh and I was really, really hoping to make her a part of the Weddings by Heather team while she ramped up her own business. I guess it was not meant to be as she just purchased a home in the Philadelphia and will be living there indefinitely. Boo.

Anyway, she stopped by for another private consultation today and we had a great time! We mostly talked about off-camera lighting and websites. She is well on her way!

Welcome Nolan!

I documented Sarah and Jordan's wedding in September of 2007 and we have stayed in touch as they have started their own photography business in North Carolina. They even stopped in for a visit last November so that we could talk shop.

Anyway, they welcomed their first baby last week and I couldn't be happier for them! You can see many pictures of baby Nolan on their blog, he is so sweet!

They are expecting their first child! I had a blast documenting Chaya and Nate's wedding in September of 2007 at Deep Creek Lake, Maryland.
