Christine & Danny

Christine and Danny were married at the St. Joseph in Uniontown and held their reception at the Hopwood Social Hall. You may remember Christine and Danny from their engagement experience last year.

Just married!

I love fall, and Christine's choice of color palette was perfect.

Love the brick on the front of Mount Washington Tavern.

A new twist on the ring shot.

Just for fun, a little 'behind the scenes' action. That's me. The one in all black. I realize that you may not be able to see me since I am like a ninja.

Love this shot! Love it!

Gorgeous scenery and beautiful light.

First dance.

I like the contrast of the rust and the rings.

I love it when this happens... they were both dancing with their mother's and they hugged at the same time AND I caught it!

Danny's grandfather is in a nursing home due to a recent decline in health and we were able to visit him after the ceremony. I asked grandma if she would kiss him and I think they were getting frisky!

She told me that they have been married 66.5 years (and she made sure to tell me about the half). They were married in 1942 when she was 19 and he was 20. They have spent an entire lifetime together, can you imagine the things/changes they have seen? So much character to these hands.

Beckstead!

I'm so excited, one of my favorite photographers is coming to Pittsburgh!! I will be attending a workshop with David Beckstead this week, it is going to be so much fun. I met David a few years ago in Vegas when we enjoyed a Celine Dion concert together. Don't you judge me... that woman has talent. Anyway the brother of another photog friend of ours works backstage and he got us tickets, it was way cool.

I had a really fun wedding this past weekend and will be posting as soon as possible!

Birthday!

I didn't have a wedding this weekend because we were celebrating my birthday. I actually have a birthday week, but we won't go into that right now. Anyway, my incredible husband indulged my need for expensive make-up, more images on our personal blog-site.

T's Boudoir

Had an amazing time with T over the weekend shooting her boudoir. I love, LOVE the color of her hair. (Images approved by client).

She has the most amazing collection of fabulous shoes.

And her eyes, oh my goodness, her eyes.

T's stylist was there to create different looks with her hair.

Can you believe that I do this for a living? For real!?

Did I mention her eyes?

For those of you interested in a boudoir sessions, it is completely your decision whether images are posted on the blog or not. I completely respect your privacy.

Lynn & Larry

Lynn and Larry were married in May of this year, but my because my services had already been retained for their date, they decided to schedule a private session. We had a lovely evening at Hartwood Acres, the weather was perfect and the grounds were beautiful.

Love the pathways in the woods.

I am so glad that Lynn and Larry decided to invest in photography, even though I was unavailable for their date. In fact, I think everyone should have beautiful images, so whether you are newly married, or married 30 years, give me a call!
